Have the base plans ready

These are the building plans used to draw MEP plans on: site plan, floor plan, and/or reflected ceiling plan (reach out to know exactly what is required). They come from architect, interior designer, and/or civil engineer.

Have survey and existing drawings ready

If necessary this will provide needed information to create accurate plans and/or help expedite project.



Send us markups

Request us to send you review sets to markup your plans to let us know specifically what you want and what changes need to be made.

Add interior finishes and notes to your MEP set

We can include finish schedules and notes on our MEP plans, so you may not not need a separate set of plans.
